Truelogic Software is seeking a customer-focused AI engineer to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead discovery, solution design, proofs of concepts, deployment, and adoption while partnering closely with enterprise customers throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, AI consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers in complex environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, solution design, onboarding, and implementations.
• Hands-on experience delivering deployments, proofs of concept, pilots, and production rollouts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand goals and AI transformation priorities.
• Collaborate with sales through the customer lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Design practical AI-powered solutions addressing real business challenges.
• Translate requirements into scalable production architectures.
• Develop customer-specific AI use cases and workflows.
• Deliver proofs of concepts, pilots, and production-ready solutions.
• Operationalize AI solutions within customer environments.
• Lead enterprise AI implementations from discovery through adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and adoption.
• Map processes and data flows to AI-enabled workflows.
• Support data integrations and workflow optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with AI, analytics, and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues and adoption barriers.
• Drive pilots to enterprise-scale deployments.
