GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a seasoned customer service and services leader to act as the single point of contact for designated regions and product lines. You will ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions and maintain strong customer relationships across the assigned region and coverage area.

This role requires advanced expertise in services management and a university degree, with willingness to travel to customer sites. Relocation to Venezuela may be necessary; a valid work permit is required.

Formación

• Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns across region, product, or coverage area.
• Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to customers in the designated region.
• Direct people management including staffing and performance development; apply policy and strategy with technical expertise.
• Understand best practices and how the area integrates with others; differentiate from competitors.
• Lead small projects, mentor teammates, and communicate requirements to achieve consensus.
