Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex energy projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual commitments.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while pursuing Hitachi Energy's Project Manager certification. The role requires a related engineering degree, 3+ years of PM experience, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience with financial tools and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning and execution meetings, tracking progress and reporting updates.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities to protect margins.
• Oversee engineering activities, testing, and commissioning to meet contractual commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across divisions to deliver projects as contracted.
• Negotiate changes with customers, suppliers, and contractors to optimize margins.
