Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex energy projects from conception through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual commitments. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Eng, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with MS Project or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex energy projects from start to finish, ensuring contractual commitments and safety/quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, customer and stakeholder relations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities to protect project outcomes and margins.
• Oversee procurement, costs, forecasts, and intercompany communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and present project performance reports to management and customers.
