BairesDev is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst / Consultant to lead business process mapping for complex modernization projects. You will guide analytical rigor and client relationships as legacy systems are re-architected into modern cloud platforms, bringing seniority to high-stakes engagements.

Formación
- 7+ years of experience in business process mapping.
- Deep expertise in systems engineering.
- Strong consulting or professional services background with client-facing delivery experience.
- Proven experience with application modernization and cloud re-architecture.
- Advanced requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- High level English communication.
Responsabilidades
- Lead senior ownership of business process mapping for modernization efforts.
- Guide analytical rigor and manage client relationships during re-architecting projects.
- Translate requirements into actionable modernization plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
