DOXA Talent, Inc. seeks a Senior Bookkeeper specialized in Accounts Receivable and Collections for a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will own AR processes, customer data hygiene, and cash application while supporting month-end tasks and basic QuickBooks work.

Responsibilities include maintaining AR aging, resolving disputes, and ensuring accurate customer information across ApparelMagic and ERP systems. Strong English communication and confidentiality are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong AR and collections experience.
• Experience with client-facing financial communication (email/phone).
• Proficiency in ApparelMagic, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Familiarity with ApparelMagic or similar ERP/inventory system (preferred).
• Experience with customer/vendor payment portals (preferred).
• US-based companies experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Identify correct AP/accounting contacts for each customer to collect past-due invoices.
• Manage AR aging reports and follow up on overdue balances by email/phone.
• Apply ACH payments and ensure invoices are marked paid correctly.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve credit memos and open items.
• Resolve billing disputes with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of collection activity and communications.
• Clean up and maintain accurate customer records in ApparelMagic and QuickBooks.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and supporting documentation.
