Gamma Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee key R2R activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and statutory requirements. You will lead close processes and partner with local and global Finance teams to drive quality and consistency.

In this role you will coach the local accounting team, support statutory reporting, tax compliance, audits, and SOX controls, and identify opportunities for process improvement,

Competenze

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, including ≥2 in a management role.
• Experience with financial close, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and audits.
• Exposure to SOX and Big 4/Top 10 accounting firms is desirable.
• Business English proficiency, B2-C1 level.

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and other accounting adjustments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong experience with financial close, statutory accounting, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and audits.
• Experience working in multinational or complex financial environments.
• Exposure to SOX and Big 4/Top 10 accounting firms is desirable.
• Business English proficiency, B2-C1 level.
