Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, audit or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across assigned accounts and trial balances.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, adjustments, and complex balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, statutory requirements and internal controls.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits and SOX-related activities.
• Manage and resolve accounting issues including intercompany and reconciliation items.
• Collaborate with FP&A and regional finance teams across markets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation and ERP optimization.

The role will partner with local and global Finance teams and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across assigned accounts and trial balances.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, adjustments, and complex balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting policies, IFRS/US GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audits, and SOX-related activities.
• Manage and resolve accounting issues, including intercompany and outstanding reconciliation items.
• Collaborate with FP&A, regional Finance teams, and operational stakeholders across different markets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation, and ERP optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, audit, or shared services.
• Strong experience with financial close, reconciliations, statutory accounting, intercompany processes, and audits.
• Experience working with multinational entities, multicurrency accounting, or complex group structures.
• Exposure to SOX environments is desirable.
• Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm experience is strongly preferred.
• Business English proficiency, B2-C1 level.
