BairesDev is actively seeking a Semi Senior SDET to design and develop advanced automated testing solutions. You will leverage programming and testing skills to ensure software quality, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive test strategies across projects.
You will mentor junior SDETs, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help elevate testing standards in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with flexible hours and a diverse global team.
Formación
- 3+ years of software development and testing experience.
- Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Cypress or Java.
- Experience with API and UI testing.
- CI/CD integration experience.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Advanced English language skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the creation and execution of complex automated test suites and frameworks.
- Mentor junior SDETs and guide advanced testing techniques.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and quality.
- Optimize test automation processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis of complex bugs and coordinate fixes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of test strategies and methodologies.
