BairesDev is seeking an experienced SDET Tech Lead to oversee test automation efforts and guide a team of SDETs. You will shape strategies, drive quality, and collaborate across QA and development to deliver robust testing solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proven ability to lead test automation projects and guide SDETs.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and QA.
• Lead and manage a team of SDETs, set objectives and review performance.
• Coordinate with QA, development, and other teams to improve quality.
• Oversee development and maintenance of automated testing systems and infra.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation tools and processes.
• Advocate QA best practices across the organization.
