BairesDev is seeking an SDET (Junior/Mid) to design and implement automated testing solutions, acting as a bridge between development and QA to accelerate releases while ensuring reliability.

The role focuses on building scalable test automation for UI and API, integrating gates into CI/CD, and collaborating with engineers to improve testability. This remote position welcomes candidates worldwide.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
• Proven expertise in UI automation using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java for developing automated test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD integration and maintaining automated QA processes in dev pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain reusable test automation frameworks using modern web tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Design and execute comprehensive UI and API automated test suites to identify defects early in the production cycle.
• Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to provide immediate feedback to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with developers during code reviews to advocate for testability and robust design patterns.
• Manage test data and environments to ensure consistent and reproducible results across diverse platforms.
• Analyze test execution reports to drive continuous improvements in coverage and overall system performance.
