BairesDev is seeking a Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer to lead quality strategies for mobile and web apps. You will champion robust automation practices and ensure releases are reliable for iOS and Android ecosystems.

You’ll design and implement scalable automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality standards across projects. This fully remote role offers competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Mobile Testing.
• Experience testing native iOS and Android apps.
• Hands-on with WebdriverIO and Appium.
• Knowledge of XCTest/XCUITest and Espresso/UI Automator.

• Create, execute, and debug automated test scripts for high coverage.

As a Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer, you will drive the quality strategy for our mobile and web applications. You will act as a key champion for robust automation practices, ensuring that our software releases are highly reliable, scalable, and offer a seamless user experience across iOS and Android ecosystems.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for native mobile and web applications.
• Author, execute, and debug highly reliable automated test scripts to maximize test coverage.
• Implement robust testing strategies across various physical devices, simulators, and mobile device farms.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feedback and rapid deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to align on quality standards and track defect metrics.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Mobile Testing.
• Proven expertise in native mobile application testing for iOS and Android.
• Strong hands-on experience with Webdriver IO and Appium.
• Proficiency with native test automation frameworks like XCTest / XCUITest and Espresso / UI Automator.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
