AgileEngine is seeking a Senior SDET to reinforce quality across web and API layers using Java, REST Assured, and Playwright. This role blends a developer-first mindset with a shift-left testing philosophy, embedding automation directly into CI/CD pipelines.

You will build scalable automation frameworks, drive test coverage, create API and frontend suites, and mentor engineers on testing best practices to foster a quality-first culture. English is required at an upper-intermediate level.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET or software QA engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Java (developer-first QA).
• Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.
• Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Deep understanding of the shift-left approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical direction on quality initiatives.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
