Toddle is an AI-first teaching platform empowering educators to manage curriculum planning, assessments, portfolios, and family communication in one interface.

The School Success Manager will support 50-60 schools, handling onboarding, training, and proactive engagement to maximize Toddle usage and school happiness. Collaboration with design, development, content, and data teams is expected.

Formación

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience in a B2B environment and familiarity with education tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Reactive support: cater to training requests from schools, coordinate bug/requests closures.
• Proactive support: ideate ways to improve school interactions and analyze usage data.
• Maintain academic calendars and reach out proactively to partner schools.
• Help create training content and pedagogical materials for users.
