Crossover is hiring a Learning Specialist to transform AI-driven performance data into real-time interventions for K-8 students. You’ll analyze student data, coach virtually, and help design next-gen AI solutions that can accelerate learning speed.

The role is full-time with a Contractor of Record arrangement. You’ll work 4 core hours daily, 8:00–12:00 US time, from any Wi‑Fi-enabled location. Compensation is $30 USD/hour.

Formación

• 1 year in coaching/training or instruction.
• 1 year supporting K-8 students with 1-to-1/small groups.
• 1 year combining hands-on data analysis with student support.
• 1 year using Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
• 6 months using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot) in workflows.
• Available to work 4 core hours Mon–Fri 8:00–12:00 US time.

Responsabilidades

• Produce precise Academic Data Reports and surface issues within 48 hours.
• Host rapid-response calls and post-assessment coaching to clear blockers.
• Evaluate apps and content; design AI/LLM prototypes to improve strategies.
• Sync with leadership to refine tools and dashboards as the AI tutor evolves.
