Job summary

Earlston Academy is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, sales growth and marketing initiatives for our AI and career training programs. This is a remote position in LATAM, with work hours aligned to EST USA.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/marketing, proven lead generation and strong CRM, communication, and negotiation skills. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, with potential transition to employee

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach and follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and own sales and marketing results.
• Experience in education, training, technology, career services or professional services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase applications, enrollments and revenue.
• Generate leads through outbound sales, digital marketing, partnerships, social media, email and other channels.
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline from lead generation through enrollment.
• Identify and develop B2B partnerships with companies, organizations and other potential clients.
• Support and manage sales representatives and provide guidance on prospecting and closing.
• Create and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, email campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Develop messaging and sales materials that communicate Earlston Academy's programs and value.
• Track leads, sales activity, conversion rates, enrollments and revenue.
• Monitor marketing performance and adjust campaigns based on results.
• Research market trends, competitors and new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership, admissions, instructors and operations to support enrollment growth.
