Qualifications

• 2+ years in admissions, enrollment advising, sales, recruiting, staffing, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Experience conducting phone and virtual consultations.
• Strong communication and objection handling skills.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and motivations.
• Present programs and pathways in a consultative manner.
• Guide applicants through admissions and enrollment processes.
• Address questions on curriculum, financing, and career support.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and track enrollment progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and student success teams to improve outcomes.
