Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join a fast-growing SaaS company serving U.S. construction permitting clients. This remote role focuses on helping licensed contractors navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through workflows.

You will handle inbound calls, perform platform demonstrations, and work to resolve issues with a strong ownership mindset. The role requires 2+ years in CS/tech support, English fluency, and solid CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technology-minded with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general software usage.
• Guide customers step by step through platform features, workflows, and processes to help them resolve issues independently.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce key features and explain how to use the system effectively.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information, identifying root causes, and determining actions.
• Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are working and ensure a positive experience.
