Resolv.Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to lead client conversations, onboard teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive ownership from first contact to resolution. • 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos/training.
• Strong technical workflow comprehension and software familiarity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and distinguish root causes from symptoms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in leading client conversations, including difficult ones.
• Organized with strong follow-through and multi-account management.
• Proactive ownership and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Positive, fast-learning attitude in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Onboard clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and training.
• Be the trusted contact post-launch and monitor adoption.
• Identify issues early and respond quickly when blocked.
• Lead difficult conversations with clarity and composure.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Ask questions to uncover root causes of problems.
• Translate issues into actionable product/engineering insights.
• Track issues to resolution with proper follow-through.
• Gather feedback to identify recurring problems and improvements.
• Help improve documentation and client success playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, expansions, and upsells.
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
