AgileEngine seeks a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security. You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to define API requirements.

The role is remote with a 4-hour overlap with MDT for LatAm candidates. Candidates should have 3+ years of Rails experience, strong API design knowledge, and solid Git workflows.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong command of API design patterns and Rails best practices.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON structures.
• Experience with relational databases, e.g. PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup.
• LATAM time zone with 4-hour overlap with MDT.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades
