BairesDev is seeking a Senior Ruby and Ruby on Rails Engineer to drive development and architecture of scalable web apps. You will deliver high-quality code, optimize databases, and ensure robust integrations to meet reliability and SLA standards.

Responsibilities include building scalable Rails apps, optimizing PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server schemas, and maintaining automated tests and data ingestion pipelines. Strong English and on-call experience are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, especially with Ruby/Rails.
• Proven expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Strong database design and query optimization skills.
• Experience with unit and integration testing and data feeds.
• Ability to participate in on-call support and ensure reliability.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build scalable web applications using Ruby and Rails.
