AgileEngine seeks a Ruby on Rails Developer to design, build, and maintain backend APIs, focusing on performance, scalability, and security. You will write clean Rails code against PostgreSQL, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to define API requirements.

The role is remote with overlaps for MDT for LatAm candidates. You will join a team delivering API-rich services, contributing to architecture discussions and writing tests.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong command of API design patterns and Rails best practices.
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and JSON data structures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup.
• LATAM time zone with overlap requirements (MDT) and some Ukraine overlap.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades
