Roofs in a Box is seeking a Cold Caller / Telemarketer to support our sales efforts by contacting prospective homeowners, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for the sales team. The role emphasizes a high-volume, script-driven approach with a focus on performance metrics and CRM documentation.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who handles objections well, works independently, and collaborates with a U.S.-based team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of professional experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or call center environments.

Responsabilidades

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective homeowners using company-provided lead lists.
• Follow established cold-calling scripts, talking points, and proven call strategies.
• Clearly communicate the value of roofing and home improvement services.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on needs, interest, and eligibility.
• Overcome objections and maintain productive conversations with prospective customers.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with the sales team.
• Follow up with warm leads and prospects with prior interest.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volumes and appointment-setting targets.
