Job summary

Med School Insiders (MSI) is hiring a Recruiter to own the recruiting function end to end, reporting directly to the COO. This greenfield project will unite scattered pieces into one cohesive process, from intake to shortlists, with COO co-designing the architecture.

You will execute and own it, starting from a live requisition stack across multiple markets. MSI is fully remote with a contractor team across the US, LATAM, and the Philippines, all aligned to US Pacific (Las Vegas) business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with real sourcing ownership.
• Proven outbound sourcing ability to target employed, high-earning US sales reps.
• Experience recruiting in at least two markets: US, LATAM remote, or Philippines.
• Built screening funnels, structured scorecards, or tracking systems from scratch.
• Excellent written and spoken English; daily US candidates communication.
• Available full time on US Pacific business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own open requisitions end to end: intake, posting, sourcing, screening and shortlist delivery.
• Lead outbound sourcing; hunt employed, high-earning candidates.
• Design and operate structured screening funnels from scratch.
• Deliver concise, evidence-backed shortlists to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications with a premium-brand standard.
• Operate recruiting toolkit: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Torre, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.
• Provide weekly pipeline reporting per role.
