Seeed is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a fully remote role responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our software products and integrations. You will design and execute test plans, perform manual testing across web and API layers, and validate new features and bug fixes.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements, identify defects early, and provide actionable feedback.

Formación

• Structured QA methodologies applied to web and API features.
• Hands-on test execution and manual testing to validate changes.
• Ability to design, maintain and improve test cases for functional, integration and regression testing.
• Experience with web apps, APIs, and common payment/commerce integrations.
• Familiarity with issue tracking and test management tools such as Jira, GitHub, TestRail.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for new features.
• Perform manual testing across web interfaces and API layers.
• Validate bug fixes and integrations with Square and other platforms.
• Document results, track defects, and contribute to QA process improvements.
