Zipdev is seeking a QA Engineer to join our team. The role combines manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and Windows desktop apps in a fast-paced Agile setting.

Initially focusing on manual testing to address a backlog, with a future shift toward expanding automated regression coverage and CI/CD integration. Strong AI-assisted tooling exposure and collaboration with Dev, Product, Support, and Engineering teams are required.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Willingness to focus primarily on manual testing initially, transitioning toward automation as project priorities evolve.
• Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Windows desktop applications.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ranorex, Mabl, Postman, Selenium (or similar frameworks).
• Experience building and maintaining automated regression suites.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for Test management, Defect tracking, Reporting and collaboration.
• Experience working in fast-paced software development environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute testing strategies and test plans for web, mobile, and Windows desktop applications.
• Perform manual testing on backlog features and enhancements; validate changes.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, compatibility, and performance testing.
• Identify, reproduce, prioritize, and track defects; collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Design, build, and maintain automated regression test suites and frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Support Agile ceremonies and provide testing estimates and quality recommendations.
