BairesDev is seeking a QA Architect to design and govern enterprise-wide testing strategies, oversee scalable test automation, and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines. You will architect robust QA data management and collaborate with engineering leadership to standardize metrics.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Engineering.
• Proven ability to design and govern organization-wide testing strategies and quality processes.
• Experience selecting and implementing test automation frameworks and integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with test data management and optimizing QA workflows at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement comprehensive enterprise-wide testing strategies and quality processes.
• Lead the selection, development, and optimization of scalable test automation frameworks.
• Define and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous reliability.
• Architect robust test data management solutions to support complex testing environments.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to standardize quality metrics and testing best practices.
• Oversee the optimization of the entire QA lifecycle to improve efficiency and defect detection.
