Colossyan is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of software throughout the development lifecycle. You will work with developers, product managers, and designers to identify defects, validate new features, and improve testing practices.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience, strong manual testing across web apps, and hands-on automation using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 3-4 years of professional QA experience.
• Hands-on manual testing across web apps.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
• Experience testing REST APIs with Postman.
• Agile or Scrum experience.
• Bug tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• SQL knowledge for validation.
• Git familiarity; CI/CD integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory tests.
• Design and maintain automated test scripts.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and verify defects with bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Test REST APIs with Postman or similar tool.
• Participate in sprint planning and release readiness.
• Ensure product quality before deployment.
• Improve QA processes and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software on schedule.
