Job summary

KonnectCX is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to uphold high-quality standards across our services. The role focuses on evaluating QA environments, delivering feedback, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.

You will conduct QA evaluations of live or recorded sessions in medical, legal, conference, and community settings, assess fluency and terminology usage, and generate reports for management. The position offers hybrid work with training in Bogota and US EST/EDT-aligned schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience.
• Strong understanding of quality modalities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA evaluations of sessions (live or recorded) in medical, legal, conference, and community settings.
• Assess employees' fluency, terminology usage, and adherence to professional ethics.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to employees to improve performance.
• Document QA findings and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on linguistic best practices and QA methodologies.
