You will collaborate with product analysts and developers, prepare environments, create test data, and drive quality for the Customer Management system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years QA/testing experience.
• Proficient in manual testing and automated testing tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling for test automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong prioritization and deadline management.
• Cross-functional collaboration across disciplines.
• Clear communication of technical issues to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Analysts and Developers to define test scenarios.
• Prepare test environments and data; develop and execute manual tests.
• Provide sign-off recommendations based on exit criteria.
• Identify tests for automation and run automated scripts (UFT).
• Develop and maintain QA docs including strategies and results.
• Open defects with severity and assist investigation.
