Formación

• 2+ years of OPI/VRI interpretation experience.
• QA experience in a BPO or Language Services environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience providing coaching and feedback.
• Wired high-speed internet (technical & workspace requirement).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions
• Evaluate interpreter performance using QA standards
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
• Identify quality trends and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Prepare QA reports and documentation
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams
