Job summary

Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure adherence to client procedures, analyze performance data, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights.

This on-site position requires advanced English and at least 12 months of QA experience in outsourcing or BPO, a high school diploma or bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and 3CX; weekends off, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
• Experience in Quality Assurance for Outsourcing/BPO operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly planning sessions with QA Leadership to set objectives.
• Monitor daily employee performance through KPI dashboards.
• Identify trends, share insights, and propose data-driven improvements.
• Participate in calibration sessions and internal/external meetings.
• Maintain updated quality documentation (Flowcharts, SOPs, JDs).
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the training team.
