Golder Associates Ltd. is seeking a Proposal Production Support Agent to prepare the initial templates and layout of proposals using Word, InDesign, and PowerPoint, aligned with project visuals and standards.

The role requires reviewing tender documents for compliance, formatting tables and figures, performing language and typographic checks, and assembling final submissions for delivery through SEAO and related portals, often with Montreal-based teams.

Formación

3 to 5 years of experience in proposal support, bid coordination, or document production.
Understanding of public procurement environment (Quebec market, SEAO) is a strong asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

Produce the initial template and layout of proposals (Word, InDesign, PowerPoint) in accordance with visual identity.
Review tender documents and extract the compliance matrix including required deliverables and deadlines.
Format tables, figures, schedules, and organizational charts provided by technical teams.
Perform compliance and consistency reviews (numbering, cross-references, language quality) before reviews.
Prepare administrative documents and submission forms, assemble final versions for delivery.
Maintain and enrich reusable content library in SharePoint.
Track proposal production schedules and notify managers of timeline risks.
Plan and lead proposal kick-off meetings with Quebec-based teams.
