WSP COLOMBIA SAS is seeking an Associate Word Processor to support the Mine Support team. You will format deliverables, prepare proposals and reports, and generate PDFs using Adobe tools.

You will liaise with Project Managers and Consultants to secure approvals and maintain high document quality in a fast-paced professional office environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent spelling and grammar.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Fluency in English and strong communication abilities.
• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and attention to detail.

• Word Processing and formatting of technical deliverables and documents.
• Format proposals, letters, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Office and WSP templates.
• Create and compile PDFs with Adobe Professional.
