Anchor Co-Living is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of co-living homes. You will act as a trusted contact for tenants, case managers, vendors, and internal teams, coordinating move-ins/outs and ensuring a professional, human rental experience.

This remote, hands-on role requires clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple properties with competing priorities. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Strong experience with residential leasing, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience using property management software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with U.S.-based property management companies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple co-living homes.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, leases, renewals, and terminations.
• Respond to tenant questions promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance vendors and track repair progress.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and property files.
• Produce occupancy and operations reports for management.
