Job summary

Odisea Cultura in a remote-first setup works with US startups on smart building deployments from Colombia. You will serve as the delivery quarterback, coordinating clients, installers, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments.

You will drive structured project plans, maintain transparency with weekly updates, and continuously improve workflows while managing a network of contractors and critical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• English fluency in verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years managing complex field deployments, IoT, or smart-building projects.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
• Advanced user of project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, MS Project).
• Proven ability to build structured project plans and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback delivery by coordinating across clients, installers, Operations, Sales, and Client Success.
• Drive projects forward with urgency, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide proactive updates to clients and regular internal reporting.
• Log daily updates in Enertiv’s project management software to ensure visibility.
• Operate with transparency and leverage systems to scale and raise standards.
• Identify and implement efficiencies to do more with less.
• Direct and manage installation partners to meet quality and safety standards.
• Enforce QA and commissioning checklists for reliable deployments.
