Job summary

Odisea Cultura is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join a remote-first team in Colombia. You will coordinate with clients, installation partners, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to deliver connected hardware deployments on time, on budget, and to high standards.

You will drive project discipline, communicate proactively with US-based clients, and use tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, and MS Project to maintain visibility and accountability across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience with complex field deployments, installations, or IoT/smart building projects.
• Experience working with American companies and US-based stakeholders.
• Advanced use of PM tools: Notion, Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback delivery by coordinating across clients, installers, Operations, Sales, and Client Success.
• Drive projects forward with urgency and discipline to meet deadlines.
• Provide proactive, transparent updates with weekly client reports and internal updates.
• Log daily updates in Enertiv’s project management software for full visibility.
• Operate with transparency and leverage systems to scale and raise standards.
• Seek efficiencies by streamlining workflows and standardizing processes.
• Direct contractor network management to ensure QA, safety, and reliability.
• Maintain quality leadership through QA and commissioning checklists.
