Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a GHL Campaign Manager to lead internal marketing for a high-volume Kitchen & Bath remodeling company. This is an operational and strategic leadership role focused on end-to-end execution of internal campaigns including Email Newsletters, SMS Campaigns, VIP Showroom Sales, and nurture sequences for our client base.

You will own strategy, manage a small team, integrate AI tools, and ensure data-driven decision making to optimize CTR, leads, and ROI.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2C lead generation campaign management ( Remodeling or home services preferred).
• Mastery of CRM logic and data hygiene for marketing campaigns.
• Strong ability to forecast ROI/CPL on the fly.
• Resilience in high-pressure, data-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Full lifecycle management: strategy and execution for 4-6 internal campaigns.
• Maintain a rigid M-F routine; ensure campaign stats are updated and ready.
• Lead a small team of coordinators; enforce SOPs and optimize processes.
• AI integration to scale copy, analyze sentiment, and automate reporting.
