OpenFn, a remote-first platform, is seeking a Program Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing subscription customers in Central/South America time zones. This is a foundational, non-engineering role focused on retention, value realization, and revenue health.

You will lead QBRs, build account plans, coordinate with product and services teams, and help migrate customers to a bundled subscription model while maintaining strong relationships and credibility.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7+ years in account management or related customer-facing SaaS role
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio, with renewals/upsell
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, and data workflows with tech teams
• Strong relationship-building across technical users and senior stakeholders
• Experience running customer cadences like QBRs and service reviews
• Proficiency with a CRM and data-informed account health forecasting

• Own & grow customer relationships across a portfolio of subscription customers
• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for accounts
• Build cross-functional relationships from users to senior decision-makers
• Develop account plans aligning objectives to OpenFn value
• Plan and lead QBRs and regular check-ins
• Ensure smooth handoff from sales to program management and monitor product usage
