Truelogic, a nearshore staff augmentation provider, seeks a hands-on Principal Full Stack Engineer to build a next-generation SaaS app. You will work with Architects, PMs, UX designers, and engineers to define technical solutions, establish engineering best practices, and deliver secure, scalable software.

This role suits a technical leader who enjoys coding, mentoring, and leveraging AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery with shift-left and minimal QA.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience as a Principal/Lead Engineer or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and Angular.
• Strong experience with DDD, CQRS, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of SQL optimization and data modeling; Redis and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable SaaS applications using .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from backend services to frontend, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Generate production-ready code using AI-assisted development tools and internal design standards.
• Collaborate with Architects to define architecture and validate approaches via PoCs.
• Design solutions with modern patterns: DDD, CQRS, EDA, BFF, API Gateway.
• Build Angular apps with standalone components, Signals, RxJS, Reactive Forms.
