Appspringtech is seeking a Principal Engineer to steer cloud architectures, database design, and pipeline automation. You will define architectures, set best practices, and drive quality standards across teams.

You will mentor senior developers, conduct architecture reviews, and work directly with client CTOs to align technology with business growth paths. The role is 100% remote with executive flexibility and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in an architectural or principal role.
• Expertise in multiple backend languages (Node, Python, Go) and complex database modeling (SQL & NoSQL).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern API security protocols.
• Fluent English communication skills with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical architectures and database models for high-impact web and mobile solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding guidelines, and automated quality assurance standards across teams.
• Conduct critical architecture reviews and unblock complex technical challenges faced by squads.
