Pipefy is seeking a PreSales Specialist Engineer to deliver technical expertise, run compelling product demonstrations, and tailor solutions for customers. You will align the product with client goals, guide discovery, and influence senior decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.

In this role, you will articulate value, map solutions to personas, and collaborate cross-functionally to win opportunities and support RFI/RFP processes.

Formación

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Portuguese is a differentiator but not mandatory.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting features, integrations, and benefits.
• Lead discovery calls to capture customer pain points and technical requirements.
• Customize solutions to meet customer needs and align with strategic goals.
• Map technical solutions to stakeholder priorities, including C-suite and VPs.
• Build relationships with key executives and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Develop account plans to engage stakeholders and identify opportunities.
• Assist sales with RFI/RFP responses and technical documentation.
