Fivetran is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for our Enterprise Field Engineering team to partner with sales and understand complex enterprise needs. You will design solutions, perform prescriptive demonstrations, and run a rigorous proof-of-value process to win at each stage of the sales cycle.

You will travel up to 30%+ and work remotely from the Southeast US (VA, NC, SC, GA, FL). The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and modern data warehousing knowledge, plus the ability to

• 4+ years of enterprise solutions engineering experience driving end-to-end technical sales cycles.
• Strong technical background with hands-on SQL, ELT, data modeling, analytics engineering, databases or software development.
• Understand modern data warehousing architectures and discuss credibly with technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication to discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical personas.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Enterprise customers to understand business requirements, use cases, and develop prescriptive solutions.
• Develop and deliver value-based, technical solution demonstrations to enterprise audiences.
• Own and drive structured proof-of-value processes that secure the technical win.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success and Engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
• Own the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale evaluation through adoption and expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key partners.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
