Royal York Property Management is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of property owners and tenants, with remote work and Eastern Time hours. You will manage multiple client accounts, monitor rent activity, coordinate services, and protect client relationships while delivering proactive updates.

The role emphasizes service ownership, renewals, and opportunities to expand client relationships, with a focus on accuracy in documentation, CRM notes, and timely communications.

Formación

• Three+ years in account/portfolio management, property management, or related operations.
• Experience managing multiple clients, accounts, properties, or active files simultaneously.
• Experience with client retention, renewals, or consultative sales.
• Experience monitoring rent, invoices, and overdue balances.
• Strong client communication and ability to handle escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of property owners and tenants.
• Manage multiple client accounts, properties, and active service files.
• Complete client onboarding and collect required documents.
• Provide proactive updates about completed work and next steps.
• Monitor rent collection and follow up on overdue balances.
• Review monthly property activity before owner payouts.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with accounting.
• Coordinate maintenance with internal teams and external providers.
• Handle owner/tenant complaints and service escalations.
• Identify at-risk clients and prevent avoidable cancellations.
• Manage renewals and discuss pricing or concerns within guidelines.
• Maintain CRM notes, documents, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
