Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, properties, and active service files. You’ll keep clients informed, monitor rent and account activity, and coordinate property services to protect relationships.

The role emphasizes service ownership, sales ability, and the management of renewals, pricing discussions, and escalations. Direct property-management experience is preferred, but top candidates with strong account or relationship

Formación

• 3+ years in account management, portfolio management or related roles.
• Experience managing multiple clients and properties.
• Experience with renewals, objection handling, and consultative sales.
• Experience monitoring rent, invoices, and overdue balances.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for an assigned portfolio.
• Manage multiple client accounts and properties.
• Complete onboarding and collect required documents.
• Provide proactive updates on work and next steps.
• Monitor rent collection and follow up on overdue balances.
• Review monthly activity before owner payouts.
• Coordinate maintenance with internal teams and providers.
• Handle owner/tenant complaints and escalations.
• Identify at-risk clients and prevent cancellations.
• Manage renewals and discuss pricing within guidelines.
• Use technology/AI tools to improve documentation and reporting.
