Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of owners and tenants, monitor rent, and coordinate services remotely. You will maintain relationships, manage service files, and ensure timely renewals and accurate documentation.

You will own onboarding, communicate proactively, and resolve issues while expanding client relationships. Strong sales instincts and service ownership are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Three or more years of experience in account management, portfolio management, property management, client success, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple clients, accounts, properties, or active files simultaneously.
• Experience with renewals, negotiation, or consultative sales.
• Experience monitoring rent, invoices, or overdue balances.
• Strong client communication and ability to handle escalations.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing systems, or property-management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of property owners and tenants.
• Manage multiple client accounts, properties, and active service files.
• Complete client onboarding and collect required documents.
• Provide proactive updates about work completed and next steps.
• Monitor rent collection and follow up on overdue balances.
• Review monthly property activity before owner payouts and reconcile invoices.
• Coordinate maintenance with internal teams and external providers.
• Handle owner/tenant complaints and service escalations.
• Identify at-risk clients and act to prevent cancellations.
• Discuss renewals, pricing, and service concerns within guidelines.
• Use technology and AI tools to improve documentation and reporting.
