Job summary

The Ward Law Group seeks an experienced Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate to negotiate hospital liens and medical balances and help move settled cases toward disbursement. This remote, independent contractor role requires managing a high-volume caseload, meeting negotiated reduction targets, and coordinating with attorneys to finalize settlements.

Proficiency in English and Spanish and prior Litify experience are preferred, with resume submission in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on plaintiff personal injury reductions experience.
• Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers.
• Experience managing a high-volume reductions caseload from verification to closing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently; Litify experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical balances under supervision.
• Review bills, verify balances and obtain docs.
• Submit reduction requests and obtain written confirmations.
• Maintain records in Litify and case status updates.
• Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff toward settlement.
• Meet targets for reductions, turnaround times, productivity, accuracy.
• Refer complex questions to appropriate attorney.
