Job Duck, LLC is hiring a Personal Injury Intake and Case Manager I to coordinate between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, courts, and legal staff. This remote role supports busy law firms and demands proactive organization and empathy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or Legal Assistant.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows and processes.
• Experience handling client communications and case documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Following up on outstanding requests with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties.
• Reporting claims and assisting with claim-related processes.
• Communicating with courts regarding case-related matters and updates.
• Monitoring case progress and helping move files through each stage of the case lifecycle.
• Requesting and obtaining medical records and supporting case documentation.
• Conducting client intake activities and gathering necessary information and documentation.
• Coordinating with attorneys and legal staff regarding next steps and case developments.
• Providing case updates and maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records within the case management system.
