Job summary

In The Network is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to handle cases from intake to progression, coordinating with clients, attorneys, insurers and medical providers, especially in Georgia and Illinois.

This 100% remote, full-time contractor role offers $6–$9 USD per hour, paid training, and opportunities to work with US law firms. You will manage files, request records, track deadlines, and maintain KPI-driven quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Personal Injury or legal case management experience.
• Georgia and/or Illinois PI experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent English at a C1 level or higher.
• HIPAA and confidentiality knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through progression.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates and support.
• Coordinate medical appointments and treatments with providers in Georgia and Illinois.
• Open and maintain accurate client files in case management systems.
• Request and track medical records, bills, and documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurers, medical providers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor treatment plans, timelines, and deadlines.
• Maintain records and meet KPIs and quality standards.
