In The Network is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager for a 100% remote, contractor-based role. You will manage PI cases from intake to progression, coordinate with Texas attorneys, providers, and insurers, and ensure accurate records and timely updates.

Strong English skills and HIPAA knowledge are required, with bilingual candidates a plus. The position offers a full-time schedule, comprehensive training, and opportunities to work with law firms across the United States.

Formación

• 2+ years of Personal Injury or legal case management experience
• Texas PI experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
• Fluent English at a C1 level or higher
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply

Responsabilidades

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through progression
• Coordinate medical appointments and follow-ups in Texas
• Open and maintain accurate client files in case management systems
• Request and track medical records, bills, photos, authorizations, and other documentation
• Coordinate with Texas attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor treatment plans and case deadlines
• Track case budgets, billing, and key deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and meet KPIs and quality standards
• Follow all company and software policies and procedures
